MIDDLE SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST 2010 - 2011 Please note with any school supplies purchased at Office Depot, PPCS receives a rebate
if the purchaser notifies the store of the name of the school being attended.
All Students Bible, New International Version**
Book Covers (assorted sizes: jumbo, regular, small, no sticky covers) or paper bags (bags
are preferred)
Kleenex - 2 large boxes for homeroom class **
Locker Shelf – metal, plastic is too flimsy (optional, but recommended)**
Notebook Paper (two packages or more) **)
Pens – 24 dark blue or black only** (erasable are acceptable)
Pens – 8 red (for grading)
#2 pencils**
Spiral Notebook – one subject for all math classes (except 8th Algebra)
Three-ring Binder (zipper closing recommended) or Trapper Keeper **
Dividers with tabs for binder or Trapper Keeper – to keep papers organized in binder (opt.) **
Math classes: 1 1-inch 3-ring binder (NO dividers or tabs) for math only – zipper pouch (opt.)
for front of binder
Physical Education
Shorts or sweatpants (shorts are to be dress code length)
T-shirts (no tank tops)
Appropriate gym shoes (no backless or platform tennis shoes)
Elective Class Supplies
Art - Sketchbook, spiral-bound (9x12-100 pgs.), and black Sharpie (fine point), non-mechanical pencils
Computer Classes – Thumb drive 512 MB minimum Thumb drive for computer lab – all middle school classes take computer
Band – 6th Grade - Standard of Excellence – Book 2 (Blue) for your instrument - your instrument with all supplies
7th and 8th Grades – Stand of Excellence – Book 3 (Green) for your instrument - your instrument with all supplies
NOTE: It is desirable for middle school students to have home access to a computer and printer.
