Preschool Admissions

NEW STUDENT ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

 

EASTSIDE EARLY START (2 YEAR OLDS)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office before a new student can be enrolled and a place secured in the classroom:
  • Enrollment Form
  • Emergency Form
  • Enrollment Fee (non-refundable)
The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the first day of school:
  • Current and updated Immunization Record Card
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
The following must be submitted to the school office within 30 days of enrollment:
  • Current Physical Examination (required every year for preschoolers)
*Students may start in this class as soon as they are two years old.  Students are not required to be toilet-trained for the 2 year old class only.
 

PRESCHOOL (3 YEAR OLDS)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office before a new student can be enrolled and a place secured in the classroom:
  • Enrollment Form
  • Emergency Form
  • Enrollment Fee (non-refundable)
The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the first day of school:

PREKINDERGARTEN (4 YEAR OLDS)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the first day of school:

READY-SET-GO (4 YEAR OLDS)

  • Enrollment Fee (Non-refundable)
